Mani Bhushan Kumar is a highly motivated Anaplan Consultant and Certified Model Builder with over 4.93 years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning, Demand Planning, FP&A, Inventory Management, Workforce Planning, RCCP, and LTCP. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2017. Currently, Mani is working as an Anaplan Consultant with a leading FMCG manufacturing multi-national company in Bangalore. He has extensive experience in new IT tools such as Anaplan, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, and Amazon Web Services for Integration. Mani is passionate about using Anaplan to enable organizations to run virtually any planning process by connecting and relating data, people, and plans in every part of a business. Mani's past experience includes working as an Associate Software Engineer with Accenture, where he independently handled/maintained six models of different domains such as S&OP, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, etc. He was responsible for requirement gathering for change requests, development of changes on Anaplan, self-UAT of the changes, supporting users for UAT, automation of all import and export processes through Anaplan Connect Job running on the AWS staging area and scheduling using Windows Task Scheduler, handling all the housekeeping activities of all the models, taking care of all the incidents for all the six models, and model optimization for better performance and size reduction. Mani has also worked on the SMOGIT project, an inventory management tool built to identify slow-moving obsolete goods within the organization and to sell them further in different channels with reduced costing to minimize waste. He was part of a three-member implementation team and was responsible for creating lists, modules, and reporting dashboards, creation of all imports and exports process, integration of Anaplan Model with multiple third-party systems using AWS as the staging area/MFT as the middleware and SFTP as the file transfer protocol, automation of all import and export processes through Anaplan Connect Job running on the AWS staging area and scheduling using Windows Task Scheduler, decision matrix built within the
